Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the start of the booked tour or activity.

To cancel a booking, please send us a short email with your booking details (name, reservation number, and tour date). Once your request has been reviewed, we will issue a full refund as quickly as possible using the original payment method.

In the case of last-minute emergencies, we always strive to handle each request individually, with flexibility and understanding.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, or if a participant does not attend the scheduled activity (no-show), no refund will generally be provided.

If a tour must be cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer, whenever possible, either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
