MEET YOUR GUIDE
This experience is accompanied by an oceanographer with more than 20 years of experience researching the underwater ecosystems of the Riviera Maya.
After completing his PhD in Barcelona, he dedicated much of his career to researching and protecting marine habitats. He combines scientific knowledge, extensive diving experience and a deep passion for nature.
The project was created as an extension of C.E.T.O., an initiative with a sustainable and respectful vision of the natural environment. Our goal is to share the beauty of the cenotes, coral reefs and landscapes of the Riviera Maya in an authentic, safe and responsible way.
More than just an excursion, every experience is an opportunity to discover the history, geology and biodiversity that make this region one of the most extraordinary destinations in the world.
TOUR INFORMATION
The tour takes place in small private groups to ensure maximum safety and personal attention.
To maintain our quality standards, each guide accompanies a maximum of four divers. For larger groups, additional certified guides are assigned to ensure a comfortable and safe experience adapted to the participants’ level of experience.
This tour is intended for divers with an Advanced Open Water certification or comparable experience. Some cenotes require recent diving experience, good buoyancy control and experience with deep dives.
The activity includes transportation from Tulum, professional guidance throughout the tour and the option to provide a complete set of diving equipment.
Depending on the selected option, the experience includes one or two cenote dives. The cenotes are chosen according to the conditions of the day, the participants’ recent diving experience and certification level. Cenotes such as Angelita, The Pit, Dreamgate or Nohoch Nah Chich are selected exclusively at the guide’s discretion.

TOUR ITINERARY
08:00 – Pickup in Tulum and transfer to the selected cenote
After arrival, you will receive a detailed briefing on the equipment, safety rules, the special characteristics of the cenote and the schedule for the day.
The first dive then begins. After a break with water and snacks, a second dive in another cenote follows depending on the option selected. The dive sites are chosen according to the conditions of the day and the experience level of the participants.
During the day, there is plenty of time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the cenotes and learn more about the geology, history and underwater world of the Riviera Maya. Your guide is of course always available to answer questions.
After the dives, we make our relaxed return to Tulum.
HOW THE BOOKING WORKS
First select the option with one or two cenote dives and send us your booking request.
Once we receive your request, we will check availability and contact you personally to confirm all the details. Together we will discuss your diving experience, certifications, number of previous dives and the cenotes best suited to you.
Because some cenotes have specific requirements regarding depth, navigation or experience, the final choice of dive sites is always made according to the conditions of the day and your guide’s assessment.
After confirmation, you will receive all the important information for your diving day in the Riviera Maya, including pickup time, equipment and recommended preparation.
