Your day begins early in the morning with pickup directly from your accommodation between approximately 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM. Together with your group, you will travel towards Yucatán, where the impressive Maya site of Ek Balam awaits you.

The first stop of the day is the beautiful colonial town of Valladolid. There, you will visit the traditional market, walk among colorful fruit and vegetable stands, and get an authentic glimpse into the everyday life of the local people. Afterwards, you will enjoy a panoramic tour through the historic center of the city.

The journey then continues to the archaeological zone of Ek Balam, one of the most fascinating Maya sites in Yucatán. Together with your guide, you will discover the history of this ancient city, whose name means “bright star jaguar.” Particularly impressive are the unique architecture, the intricate stucco decorations, and the famous main pyramid known as “La Torre.”

After the guided visit, you will have the opportunity to refresh yourself in a beautiful freshwater cenote and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. Afterwards, a buffet with regional Yucatecan specialties awaits you.

At the end of the day, you will be comfortably transported back to your accommodation in Cancún, Riviera Maya or Tulum.
